Figured it out. Lol. Orbit motor. And they sell a rebuild kit.
Here I was thinking about JB weld or actual welding.
Gonna try some 140w oil to get by for a field or two. That might be too easy of a thing to ask for though.

Orbital valve. Think I've found a rebuild kit for 50 bucks. Gonna see if napa can match up some stuff so I don't have to wait on shipping.
HogFarmer told me to try gear oil. So I'm gonna try 90 and then 14p and hope one will hold it enough to finish the hay I need to get done.

Where is it leaking from? The smooth band towards the bottom that is sandwiched by the end cap?
Be careful taking it apart. Sections of the motor are timed and if installed wrong it won't steer.

Dad bought a rebuild kit at C&L for $110. Gonna do that this winter if the gear oil will limp me along to finish this cut.

@kenny thomas Yes. Dusty called it the "orbital" pump/box/gear.
It's where thr steering lines go into the lower column.
I out 85/140 in it. Def slowed it down. Gonna add some Lucas PS stop leak today. Hopefully it'll let me roll 50 to 75 tolls this week, load trailers, then plan to tear it down.
I just learned there is a $40 power steering pump filter located in the reservoir. I wonder if that contributes to blowing seals.

The PS filter inside of the pump is available from Baldwin, fyi.
There is a rubber seal inside of the orbital valve that looks like a ~2" diameter piece of heat shrink tubing. The one on my 7710 would leak ever so slightly when it was really cold out and finally gave up the ghost a few years ago. Be very particular if you disassemble and replace that seal, I didn't get one of the plates or gears (can't remember which) lined up perfectly and cracked it while assembling. Luckily, it was available separately and not horribly expensive. Lesson learned.

If its not leaking from the input shaft seal or the hoses then it is this rubber "boot seal". There are 2 heights available so make sure you get the right one. Also make sure it's timed correctly. And torque the bolts to the proper spec and sequence, if not you can wreck things.
The seal is available aftermarket much cheaper than from NH.

I've got two Industrial Maintenance professionals (Padre and his buddy) gonna do the rebuild. Hopefully after I'm done with hay for the year.
Thanks for thr advice. The guy that sold us the kit gave dad a detailed explanation as to how delicate the deal is.
