I would go with the guys that are saying charolais will do the job the best and not with the guys sayin that u r goin to get rat tails. we cross angus,red angus, black baldys, and we havn't got a rat tail for years. the breeding is bedder so now days u don't c many rat tails around unless u have...

if u want some good feeder calves or even show cattle u gotta go with the charolais. your calves will grow faster and at the end they will have more weight. all around better calves.

ok first of all if you were to get a charolais bull u wouldn't have to worry bout the bull not makin it through the winter. and second of all u would have way better calves..
