my brother calls them the American Crossbred association.......rather hilarious but true.....it is pretty ridiculous that there standards are that low but look at it this way shows like louisville and denver dont have a crossbred show......so if they higher their standards they would cut out...

going for junior and open week with two chi heifers....as soon as my steer sells thursday night we are leaving and driving all night....yay! i have never been to the NAILE but i have been to nat. convention when it was in louisville and its a huge place... i hear its a grass lot for tie-out

i have heard that sunseekers look really good coming off the mama but as they get older they get piecey........and he looks piecey to me.....and his front feet are close enough together you could probably put them in a post hole......but he is hairy and he will change a lot once you get him...

we use revive once or twice a week usually after we use soap and we use a kleen sheen liniment mix every day.......we will use revive all over usually except before show day because the glue wont stick as well. SOL is s%$t out of luck

lately i have had most of my cans blow up on me........where the top is screwed up and the revive will come from from the bottom of the sprayer top anybody else have this problem? and how do you fix it or are you just SOL?

my friend gave me a head full of tailadhesive when we were just playing around and if i remember it dried pretty fast......i would go with easy comb or prime time adhesive for that because human hair is not as thick as cattle hair....... sounds like a good idea :cboy:

i would never leave a halter on..... take it off evey night when you are done working with her........put it back on and tie her up every night........ when you first start tieing her up dont let her have any slack but tie her tight, dont tie so high because she will get mad but after a couple...

my favorite part of showing the whole thing.....every aspect of it.....but i guess if i had to narrow it down it would have to be the end poduct of my hard wok on my animals

the chi was not totally mature yet and got into a class of power and was 3 out of 3 in th open, 4 out of 7 in 4h, the maine won her class and was the best in her division but the guy wanted show heifers and ours was a cow so she got beat, she was like 3 or 4 out of like 7 in the 4h show pretty...

i was helping a friend this summer with there calves so i was just helping during the 4h show but i showed a chi and a maine in the open on sat that is one huge state fair did you walk in the draft horse barn and see the half donkey half zebra it was pretty cool
