Just an FYI...and nothing against hancock seed as i will be ordering from them soon..BUT there also a place called Native american seed company here in texas that was cheaper in price when it came to the native seed....i didnt price compare to your switchgrass but it is worth checking out IMO...

I will let you figure up how much time energy and money you want to put into this venture but just for the record bermuda is not a native grass. If the extension agent told you that he needs to find something else to do.
