Sorry guys, vet said birth defect his best guest was a birth defect, had a abnormal spine also. Figured something went wrong internal during development

It seems further back and not in the calves underline moves around from side to side without any definite shape

Had a newborn calf this evening, after inspecting the calf has a large amount of fluid in the belly/stomach area. Not a mass like a ball but just loose fluid. If all on one side the fluid would prolly be 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks
