Im from North east Wisconsin...heart of dairy country. They are angus, herford, and angus herford cross. the corn silage i use for the ones im finishing out. my heifers were getting fat on the corn silage and mix, thats why i seperated them.

I should also say that I have a 12x40 silo I fill with corn silage and buy hay. all my feed is bought from my father except for my mix that I get from the mill.

i have about 20 acres to graze that i have to build fence for yet. frost just came out of ground so im working hard. where im going to winter them is on a cow yard on concrete with 2 acres of pasture off of it. thats where they are now. id like to get up to 20 or 25 cows. and 30 to 35 feeders to...
