i planted Texas tough two years ago. I was very impressed with the growth, especially the Giant, that first year. Then the Giant disappeared. Now I have a bunch of common bermuda that is being outperformed by volunteer bermuda in other areas. Not worth the price.

Can a pasture exist with a combination of tifton and bahia without one crowding out the other? During the drought the bahia saved us so I don't want to eliminate it totally. Since we only graze our pastures that include both grasses and do not bale what would the harm be in letting the two coexist?
