Our 40-60 mph winds last week brought us about a train load of tumbleweeds from couple places North of us. Makes for nice windbreak on our upper fences for cattle...lol.
However, they are a pain in the touche around our near pens and house.
Solution:
Put a wooden pallet on dual hay spears on tractor...mashed piles down good. Pallet off. Used spears to move "compacted" tumbleweeds to our burn barrel area. Lit match... now have ashes...lol.
