Did you look for the other one? I've always found them in pairs.Walked when 2 feet of this guy twice opening and closing a gate . Only saw him when I got back in the Polaris. Copper head . Looks big in the pic . One of the smaller ones I've killed over the years . First one at the cattle farm . View attachment 44190
I looked all around the gate because I didn't want to encounter another one ! Short handled shovel in my Polaris is fixing to get traded for one with a long handle !Did you look for the other one? I've always found them in pairs.
I have one of those but they don't dig up thistle , fill in around the salt feeder , or open up a ditch"traded for one with a long handle"
It's called a stock. They are accompanied by receivers and a bbl, most have projectiles.
That's a full growed one for sure !Had one in our garage a few years ago. They rarely get close to the house; generally see them in the pastures or the lake.View attachment 44197
I've been bitten by a copperhead. It hurt.Ever eat a snake?
Rattlesnake is pretty good..Ever eat a snake?
To me, it tastes only like whatever it was seasoned with and breaded with. Not to mention all those rib bones to deal with and really very little meat. .Rattlesnake is pretty good..
Yes it is but unless its really big not enough meat for the trouble.Rattlesnake is pretty good..
