Nashville had a tough weekend with a bombing that could have been worse as far as casualties, thank God it wasn't, Rockford Illinois had a guy that is a specialist in the Military walk in a bowling alley, bar and shoot it up, killing three and injuring more, pretty sad, I'm sure that mental health will not come into play on either one of these.

Do they know what his reason for doing that was ?

I'm really not sure on either one, Nashville had a rv with messages going off on evacuate the area, police did a good job on getting people out of areas that were close, I'm sure they saved some lives, the shooting in Rockford, I believe that guy was from Florida, Rockford is about 20 minutes south of us, there really isn't too much that makes any sense in either of them, not that any of them ever do, just that innocent people have to suffer.

I've seen speculation that the Nashville bomber was a 5G conspiracy theorist, but not sure how much truth there is to it. It would make sense.
