Import from Canada

............Just wondering if anyone has had a recent experience with importing breeding stock from Canada..??? In case I get a wild hair or two this year and become too bored with my recent "retirement"...!!

I used to have web address for all the particulars as to what is required. I will post if I find it.

But you could also contact https://www.hsknilltransport.com/index.html and they can fill you in I am sure. They haul purebred breeding stock regularly into US.

Any concerns about how Canada bred cattle will adapt to west Tennessee grasses and climate?

.......A friend from Oklahoma had bought a few head in from Alberta without any major issues.....but generally said it took about a year for adjustment. I'm in the midst of some good pasture renovations.....so grasses should not be a large concern.
He thought the change in altitude played a part....and humidity.......??
