Marula fruit are highly prized by both people and animals, there is a commercial liquer "Amarula" made in South Africa from these fruits, and Jamie Uys made a film (in english) in 1974 with animas drunk on fermented Marula fruit, the film is called "Animals Are Beautiful People".

I have seen this reaction at my house with Finchs eating overipe choke cherries and getting so messed up that they fly into things ijncluding the windows of the house.

But nothing even close to what this film shows.

Yes they would if it hadn't been staged. I m sure they made sure there weren' a lot of predators around before they made all of those animals drunk.
