If they were here I would try to buy them. The price is a little high though. I have a steep hillside I need them to clean up.

Not a spot on those calves. They would go a long way to paying for those cows, although I've never seen a LH pair bring that much here.

Very few sell here but I usually get most of them if they are healthy and young. They make more clear profit than some of my registered cows.
Its weird that you like Lynchburg so well and we have guys here that go there and truck them back because they are cheaper there. I get a few sometimes. But it is the Charolais cross that we get mostly. The black there are higher but too short for our sales. Odd how that is so different.

I do well in Lynchburg... I only go there if I have a load mostly and certainly do not go there to buy. Driving an extra hour past blackstone to Lynchburg is really worth it. If I have 1 to sell I go to blackstone.. Check the differences out from this week.

Sky, I understand and agree. Was just stating how the charolais calves are so much cheaper there it seems. We cant buy the black calves there.
Wish Blackstone was closer to me. To far for me to haul them for the few I would get.

Yes sir I know. I cant buy a black anything in Lynchburg. If you like char you may be able to buy a pot load for dirt cheap they sell cheaper than herfs every time I went to blackstone and saw them.
