We keep our conventional loans in house. We do have a market for USDA, VA, and FHA type loans as well and those are sold.

When you buy the softener pellets or salt make sure you buy the "natural" product. With it I have never had a slimy feeling but with the other salts I never felt clean after a shower.

Had a single line thunder storm go through last night. Rained some but not much. I think I'm going to hold off cow shopping until January for our new farm. I'll have enough hay on hand for sure if I wait a bit longer.
