    Very nice system. Does it need wifi to use? We have a tru-test scale as well but ours is a basic weight only display. We really like it. Very well made and I agree they are a good company to deal with.

    We've had to rope and dr a few in the field for pink eye, definitely not the method of choice! Its amazing how strong they can be at 30days or so old. Hopefully you will be healed up by then!

    Lol no we find it easier to tag them as soon as possible it seems they aren't as flighty. We don't record weight a lot of the time but we like to number them and know the sex. It helps identify who belongs to who as they grow and gives us good data as to how their mothers are doing. Its hard to...

    Tagged another one this morning. Only two left to calve and don't really know when to expect them. Think one early Nov the other maybe not till Feb. Those two cows are on the short list. This little bull calf is right at 60 days into our calving season.

    Our little "Explosive" bull prospect Two more Diablo Deluxe bull calves we are keeping an eye on. They are around 30 days old give or take a couple days.

    It definitely takes a little time and we also are trying to improve with each calf crop. Sounds like you have a good culling process going. And that second picture looks like another nice heifer!
