150 to 200lb of Urea is quite a bit. Thats 69 to 80lb of nitrogen per acre. With good rains it might use that much but a dry summer thats pretty strong.

Urea works very quick and the P or K takes lots longer. According to the weather it could be September before the P and K kicks in good.
I totally agree. But i heard a guy last week say he just had to buy a bunch of cows while they are high. Acted like it was bad to not have enough.
I have 1/2 of the cows i could graze but im letting the grass grow.
They haven't posted sale results yet. Bulls and cows shoukd have been very high.
Auctioneer at Knoxville told me tonight the slaughter cows and bulls there today were the highest he had ever sold.
Keep in mind that many.places they start lowering the price after they get bigger than 2200. But weight is better than the few cents lost if he weighs 2500.
