Moved close to where I grew up after an Army carreer. I needed to move to a remote area to be mostly away from people.
I grew a small cattle herd that helped me to focus on good things. I love my animals and grow them from conception to consumption in austere conditions.
In order to run cattle i have had to fix small pastures all through these mountains. I am a proponent of, and see the benefits to cattle and the ecosystem from grazing riperian areas.
