    Yes but we are in South Florida so I really doubt of the distance factor would allow us to buy equipment unless local. We are a small producer

    Thanks everyone. We have had this bill since he was about a year old, now 13 and still going strong. The salve seems to have closed up the small edges. Bacon fat is a great idea, but I don't think I want to share my grease with him..... Horn injury is not possible as our Herefords have no...

    Strange mark (injury?) On bull

    Saw a new (to me) mark on my Hereford bull. Located on side about halfway down. Not open wound, but 1/8" depression. Couple of flies seemed to be attracted to it. Not sensitive to bull. Can Anyone help me identify this?

    bobcat-mounted scraper or chain-pulled scraper, what do you use for manure....

    We use a 10 foot piece of chain link fence with a couple of old tires on top. Pulled by a compact tractor. Smears the fresh manure nicely, and breaks up the dried patties pretty efficiently.
