Sire was 65%, cut that in half, that's about 1/3, right? Or 32.5% if you want percentages….

Sire may have been 62.5%...5/8ths. So he would be 5/16ths....31.25%. You can't divide 1/4s, 1/8s, 1/16s, 1/32s etc., by 3.
