I'm sure salsa is the #1 everyday use in the nation, the list was favorite dip to serve at special occasion party (Super Bowl)

Are you implying that salsa isn't the appropriate dip for tortilla chips? Because if you are then every Tex-Mex restaurant in Texas (and there are a lot of them) has it all wrong.

I clicked on this because I thought it was about snuff and chewing tobacco.
Outside of a rare visit to a Mexican restaurant, I never eat dip of any kind.
We are a cornbread, biscuits, green beans and meat kind of family.
