How's the meat turn out if processing a young bull? He will be on free choice good pasture and grained. I've only ever processed steers but I've got a unique situation on this one lol. Hence why processing a bull.

How's the meat turn out if processing a young bull? He will be on free choice good pasture and grained. I've only ever processed steers but I've got a unique situation on this one lol. Hence why processing a bull.

I've done it often, more often than raising a steer. The bull carcass gives me a couple more cuts per pound and they finish and taste just as good.
