1st heifer calved yesterday, strong bull eating good, momma got pleny of milk, no asisstance needed. He has some really big forelegs from the knee up, looks kinda funny. I'll try to post a pic this weekend,may have a couple more by then by the looks of things. For now life is good. :banana:

Good deal! I've got heifers throwing some now too. We've had 4 in the past month, all with no assistance, all healthy, all making good mama cows.

Perhaps that is sometimes best to raise your own in order to know what you're getting. I'm happy with mine.
