Rigged an AC outlet from a power pole on the property. I put my charger strapped to a milk crate and put a trash can on top. Will this keep it dry? This spot does not flood. Just worried about condensation. Any thoughts?

It will be dry from rain but it will condensate from ground moisture but not enough to hurt anything . I prefer to hang them in an old ice chest or mineral tub but to each his own.

I just cut a hole in the side of a 30 gallon barrel and put them in there. Rain blows in once in a wile but doesn't hurt them. What you have should be fine.

With the materials on hand it was what I could come up with. That parmak charger is pretty darn bulky. Not as small as the little Zareba I have at the house but guessing it should last. The trees around there arent good enough to mount anything on and the milk crate and trash can were free waste from my job.
