Not to piss you all off, but here in Belgium, we have the best beef in the world. It is true, and it has been confirmed by many studies (yes, even the american ones). I understand that you can't raise Belgian Bleu-Whites in an extensive way, but what i don't understand is that all of you seem to think that black is the way to go. We also have beef cattle in Indonesia, and there we have used semen from a Black Angus. Utter crap. The bulls dind't grow the way the Limo's did (and they're a slow grower as it is) and often the heifers had curved backs (tail root higher then the ribcase).

So what is so great about black cattle?
