Who's gonna watch Comanche Moon, part 1 tonight on CBS at 8pm CT?

I would...'cept it's not over until 10:00 p.m. I'm gonna have to wait until it comes out on DVD...and it will.

I think I've read the book...gotta go to the library and see...I've read so many Larry McMurtry books I can't remember...

Watched, do hate those commercials. More of them than movie.

I watched. I rated Lonesome Dove as possibly the best western I had ever seen. To me, the sequel was terrible and the Comanche Moon segment tonight was considerably worse than the sequel. They should have stopped with Lonesome Dove.

We watched it. The wife and I kept waiting for it to get good. We're still waiting...

The first segment was a disappointment, and way too many commercials

I guess I will have to give it a try. We have Lonesome Dove on DVD. We have Dead Man Walking and Lonesome Dove, autographed by Mr. McMurtry his own self. I dislike commercials.

I was disappointed in the 1st part. I could have done without the "rolls in the hay" part between Mrs Skull and Jake. The whole show looked like a made for western TV show instead of for real.

Maybe it will get better. I'll give the 2nd part a try.
