They love it... as does my niece and son.</p><p></p><p>Again... not my cup of tea... but I can see the appeal. Consider a 1970, 2/1 house in my neighborhood is $120K I think they are getting more bang for their buck in those neighborhoods.</p></blockquote><p></p>
