I met Sam Elliot when he was making Conagher. They filmed it about 50 miles from where I live. He's about as common as they come. Too bad the rest of Hollyweird isn't more like him.

Never met the man. I was at Tucson Studios in AZ a few years back for a wedding, dress pretty much like he did in Tombstone – kind of the theme for the wedding. Had my picture taken with several tourists, signed several autographs, and turned down three, uh, well let's call them "propositions".
