Boy, isn't that AMAZING? I just got an e-mail and photos from Rachel Williams at V8 in Boling.. they got EIGHT INCHES of snow!!! Incredible!

Especially strange since I'm hundreds of miles NORTH of her, and we didn't get any! :shock:

Yea we had a white Christmas here. It's been a while since we've had one.

Had about 3 inches here, but thats in the middle of Houston. Down in Victoria, they got about a foot. I know a lot of you are probably saying "Silly Texans, your all amazed at a little bit of snow". To that, I just have to say that freezing temperatures are very rare around here, much less snow. North Texas it is common to see some snow, but south Texas, its been 18 years since the last accumulation of snow, and that was only 1 inch here in Houston. Before that, it was 1970 last time there was snow.

Anyways, Christmas morning it was white, next morning, could wear shorts and a t-shirt.

Brother-in-law and I had a snow ball fight. It was the 1st time he had ever remembered seeing snow and he's 21.
