where to find plans for a new ranch?

I will be starting a ranch off 50 animals. I plan to produce both beef and milk and I am looking for building plans to apply it to my ranch? Does anyone have an opinion about where I can find information on the internet. I will have several things to ask in the near future and also looking for some practical information on several subjects, does anyone know any internet sites that has the answers for this kind of questions. Any helping will highlt be appreciated.
