Around here we can get it from certain elevators that also act as feed stores... I don't know if it is something you can buy online or not, never checked as we don't use it (The only reason I know where we can get it is because the neighbor used to use it and had a cake made up that contained it).

A friend of mine gave it to his feeder heifers to keep them from cycling, therefore kept them home instead of wandering the countryside looking for a bull.

MGA is used in synchronization programs. It is fed in the animals diet for a few weeks to help bring the animal into heat. Never used it or cared to learn too much about it, but that is it's use.
