When to vaccinate calves?

At what age/size is it safe to vaccinate calves for black leg,etc....? How about wormer?

(per my trusted vet and friend) At or past 4 months old. We vaccinate for Lepto, Blackleg, IBR, and pinkeye and worm at this age, then follow up in 4 weeks with round 2.
