What's more profitable ? Holstein steers or Holstein heifers (freemartin twins)

Been getting jersey bull calves from dairys and they have been selling good. Have the chance to get Holsteins which I do want, but what's more profitable ? I'm from northern Iowa

Holstein steers are more profitable than freemartins....better carcass.
