I have 29 head of 1st calf heifers. They will all be calved by the end of May. I know the normal worming and blacklegging the calves. What are some of the other good types of vaccines used for Lepto-vibrio on he heifers? What do others vaccinate with?

I trust you have had the 1st calf heifers Bangs vaccinated by the Vet before they were 12 months old...
We use Ultra Bac 7 for blackleg, Virashield 6 for other diseases, also Pasteurella/Haemolytica. De-worm with Ivomec Plus 2 times a year.
Calves vaccinated + de-wormed at about 3-4 months and again at weaning. Total 4 different injections twice by time they are weaned.
Since we are also a TAHC accredited facility, we also have the Vet come out in late Fall to re-test our herd for TB & Brucellosis.
