What Type of Longhorn Would Your Use for Cross-Breeding?

Would be interesting to know what type of registered Texas Longhorn a commercial cattle producer might use for cross-breeding.

Hey Bill,

Ya forgot to add one more question (option) to your poll on what type of longhorn bull you would use for crossbreeding.

I don't care what kind of longhorn bull that I use-- (meaning I don't care about his papers or lack of them). Only that he gets his job done on breeding my 1st heifers, and then I can ship him (the bull) off to slaughter faster than I can spit.

I am looking to use the cheapest bull around to get the job done.

Beefy type of Longhorn is what I will use and if it is Red better.
