Yes. That's including the cuts that were tenderized for 75 cents per pound.

This was a dink heifer. Her weight on the hoof figures out to 1050-60 and I had her full brisket fat. She was small when I sold her wean mates, so I held her back to get some size on her. She was big enough the next go round I'd have practically given her away, around here heifers over 700 don't bring much. Everyone on here says eat your mistakes, so that's what I decided to do. Most delicious mistake I've ever made.
