The pics I find of bent grass are short. From what I did find it seems undesirable.

looks like dry "Fescues" or "Pampas grass"

I'm gonna say some kind of blue grass, or possibly red top.

I had to take a few agronomy classes back in the day. I wish I had paid more attention. That does kinda look like red top. My cows won't eat it. Thankfully, I have very little. Looks good though, but they ain't havin it. Same story with my volunteer Bermuda.
