What ear tag works the best for flies?

It already looks like flies are going to be really bad this year in East Texas. When we work the cows this month we are going to put fly tags on. What brand do you recommend?

this year i used XP 820 with a dose of Ultra Saber pour-on...
Last year I used Double Barrell VP with a dose of Ultra Saber..

I follow up with another dose of pour-on in july...

Alternate your tags. Double Barrel are what I used three times now with the best success. Other variations are in between. Jeffers had the best prices on tags by far. I personally cannot find them cheaper anywhere. http://www.jefferslivestock.com/insecti ... 20/c2c/ln/
