Yes.

The only thing i ever call smokey is if its roan like some of my beefmasters. i realize a lot of people call gray charolais crosses smokey. i call charolais crosses either "gray" or "yellow" or maybe "gold" if not white.
 
Up here would call her a gray, smokey or silver depending on who was doing the auctioneering.

Those Char x Ang females usually make very good cows. Thrifty and long-lived.

Smokey is a good description of her. I'll start using that. She's more yellow than grey though. This pic was taken late in the day so the yellow doesn't show up well. You'd see it better if she was in the sun. Thanks. BTW, her dam was a charXbraford(a yellow whiteface). Sire was of course angus.
