What breed?

I bought a newborn calf that is all grey and looks almost like a baby deer. It doesn't have any other markings on it. Any idea what breed it might be? It was a feedlot calf so I am not able to contact the seller.

What size ears does it have, "regular" or quite large and droopy? Any noticeable hump on top of the backbone and above the shoulders? What color nose?

My guess would be Jersey if she has a very delicate looking head and face, or Charolais Holstein cross.

Look at Jerseys at the attached link, they should have a picture of ones face/head, it is very distinctive.
