What breed or mix is this?

I purchased this calf and was told its a 100% jersey, she is darker and is getting more and more darker by the week, she grows faster than my other jerseys and she is more muscular. Is this a mix or pure jersey?

They are usually born brown/tan and then start changing color as they grow. I see a light band around the muzzle & eyes which will be more distinctive with age aswell as a light colored belly and black hooves. Jersey's can be a light cream, tan, brown, grey(sometimes very dark).
Conformation too looks like a Jersey animal to me.

Can't see horn buds or did you purchase it as a polled Jersey. What color is it's tongue?

I'd say it's a Jersey...jmo.

I dont think it is a pure jersey. The head is not quite shaped right to be purebred Jersey. The light ring on the horse isn't light enough. The thickness of the calf looks brown swiss influence. Even the ears are too hairy. I vote with Jeanne that it is jersey/brown swiss

Agree that it may have some swiss in there. Doesn't have that "fineness" of a straight jersey.

I think she is a jersey x Brown Swiss cross
