What brand of trailer is this?

If he has the title for it it should be on it.

He doesn't have it, bill of sale only.

Not sure I'm going to get it. I don't think I can turn it around where we load cattle. A 6.8x20 would be perfect for us. This one is 6x24.

In most places, I believe a title is issued by the state. A bill of sale doesn't mean that if it ends up being a stolen trailer you are not going to get to keep the trailer and you'll never get your money back. The bill of sale "might" keep you from being charged with theft. But without the title, you could be charged with receiving stolen property.

Just a thought.
