Canned venison in gravy on mashed potatoes and green beans. The fresh green beans are the last ones of the year out of the garden. The potatoes came from our garden. The deer was shot in the field just west of the garden. Washed it down with water from our spring. Truly a home grown meal.

I'm pretty easy to please but the only thing I hate more than pizza is chicken spaghetti......

Being carb conscious for the most part...its been a while since spaghetti of any kind. Depending on the recipe (hold the velveeta please) ...I could go for some.

You got to put some greasy sausage in with it so it's not dry...

Elk roast cooked on top of the wood stove, mash potatoes with gravy, carrots from the garden, and homemade bread and butter pickles.

How are you making those floutos? That's allways a good treat when right!

Drop your corn tortillas in hot oil for a few seconds then pull them out. Makes them soft so they won't break.
Add meat and cheese , roll them up and back in the pan till they get some color.. easy enough
