I will never see chili Verde burrito, without thinking of a place. It is a house converted to a restaurant outside of Pecos, Texas. Smack in the middle of nowhere. Burrito was so hot, sauce so good I just went and made a pig of myself. 2am, oh, man, it was pay back time. But I would do it again!

Barbecuing turkey or smoking a turkey?

I BBQ'd a complete turkey once, but I cut it up into individual pieces before I started it on the pit.
Split breast (2 pieces total)
2 legs (GIANT TURKEY LEGS!)
2 thighs
2 wings.
Parts from the back that had a lot of dark meat.
foil pack of gizzard, liver, heart

It was IMO, a pain in the rearend.

It was barbecued, not smoked. He cut it in half.
