I will never see chili Verde burrito, without thinking of a place. It is a house converted to a restaurant outside of Pecos, Texas. Smack in the middle of nowhere. Burrito was so hot, sauce so good I just went and made a pig of myself. 2am, oh, man, it was pay back time. But I would do it again!
I BBQ'd a complete turkey once, but I cut it up into individual pieces before I started it on the pit.
