So I got a little more of the story... 22 year old guy, drugged out, walked into the band office with a big hammer, mad because he was evicted and lost SS money. From what I understand he smashed in a lady's head, another fellow who was a contractor for the band was in the office at the time and is in a coma also from head injuries, both of those people are in critical condition. 2 more people are in 'serious' condition, and 6 more with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is dead, apparently it took 2 guys to restrain him, and in the course of it he was put in a choke hold.. for a little too long. Good on the people who restrained him!
Apparently they're mourning his death, which kinda baffles me.. My thoughts are with the people who he injured!
Perhaps they'll ban hammers now.
