Weird Growth

My friend's steer has a weird white growth where his teticles would have been. It wouldn't have been anything left over from casteration because he's been 'fixed' for about a year now. Does anyone know what this could be?

Does anyone know what this could be? <p>Unfortunately the first thing that comes to mind is a type of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma. I'd recommend someone having a look at that!
