weaning calves acording to almanac

I need to wean 5 calves does weaning them to the almanac help? I believe the date is Feb. 14 and 24. :roll:

I castrate and wean by the almanac it may help it may not but I figure what the heck a little help won't hurt anything

It might, the Almanac does work in mysterious ways. But I guess it depends how old your calf is. Its probably not a good idea to wean a week old calf because the Almanac says its weaning time...but I think you probably knew that haha :lol:

If you fenceline wean going by the almanac would be just icing on the cake.
