I believe Adjusted Weaning Wt is the actual weaning wt adjusted to 205 days, also age of cow is factored in there. Ratio is the calf's "position" in it's contemporary group... A ratio of 100 is the average (and also can mean/show there was only ONE animal in that contemporary group). Edited to add: This is how the Angus Assn calculates it, simply described... pretty sure there is more that goes in the calculations.
 
Creep and Non-creep goes into the adjustment as well. Jscunn i'll try and get a few pics this afternoon
 
Among other inputs correct contemporary grouping is vital for the data to be meaningful. Ratios are of little value unless the CG contains a minimum of 10 and preferably 15 animals.
 


Been really impressed with our Growth Fund March ET bull calf. We had two sexed heifer embryos that aborted (an environmental issue, not a genetic issue) that we are extremely disappointed about.

torogmc81, are your Growth Funds moderate? We were expecting some height to them. Could be just a small sample size.
