There are artists out there that can do incredible 3D paintings on about any surface. Not sure if the paintings are commissioned or they just get permission and do them for creative fun...

Jim it is a pavement (Sidewalk) and the artist who appears to be standing on a ledge looking down is on the level. Get it now??

the paintings are 2D made to look like 3D. it is an optical illusion, does this explanation help.

All I see is white now too. When I log onto a different computer later on, the settings will allow me to see it.

I understand the 2d and 3d, and I think I even understand what you're saying................but

I still can't see it in the picture. Must be one of them mental blocks......

Take a close look at the first picture. You can see the lines of the pavement in the painting. Thats how it was explained to me. I couldnt see it to start with either.
