Just noticed about a couple acres of ryegrass that has been wiped out in the last day or two. This area I cleaned up with roundup before drilling rye/ryegrass a month ago. Have ridden by the field every day this week and all of a sudden this large area of grass has disappeared in what seems like overnight. And the worms are all over the ground during the day

Wish I had some grass so I had to worry about army worms. We haven't had enough rain to settle the dust since July.

Just got back from the farm and found them in every type of grass, winter annuals, fescue, bermuda.
I think only the winter annuals are worth spraying at this point.
